I created a new storytelling workshop that was all about how organisations communicate change. The audience for it was quite specific and, ironically enough I wasn't sure how best to communicate with them. I decided that creating a short podcast series was the way to go. It would be the central piece of content that I'd use to start more conversations that would hopefully lead to new business. My problem - the production of the podcast.
I'd created my own podcast before, but I found it hard, it took a long time and the final result was a compromise. This time I wanted to focus on the writing and delivery of the podcast. I wanted someone else to take care of the production.
I turned to Kerr. Kerr guided me through the entire process. He coached me, he recorded me and he made me sound better than I ever could.
Adding the audio branding and music elements raised the level of the show dramatically. The end result is a core piece of content that I use strategically to open up conversations with my ideal audience. It's something I'm really proud of. It's also something I couldn't have done without Kerr's fantastic support. He's got a great mic side manner. If he heard something that didn't sound right, he had the confidence to stop me and recommend a change. Each time he did, he made it sound better.
I've already got a number of other podcasts planned and the blueprint has now been set. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. I trust Kerr and am delighted to have the support of Audio Outsource as I look to develop the right content that will help me develop my business.
