New Document Narration Service

I was approached recently by a business who had taken on two members of staff through the Government Kick Start scheme.

One was severely dyslexic, the other had issues concentrating on screens or paper for any amount of time.

The idea was born to convert the companies 40 page handbook into an audio version, divided into chapters, and accessible to all members of staff.

There are many scenarios which employers and employees find themselves in, where document accessibility becomes an issue.

Partially sighted, blind, neurodiversity, dyslexia, or simply having an auditory learning preference or style can introduce a real challenge into accessing a staff handbook, contract, induction, or other important documents.

I can remove that challenge with the Document Narration Service. I'll turn your staff handbooks, contracts or other important documents into easily accessible, professionally narrated audio files. 

Organised into chapters, these files are ready to be accessed by anyone who would find it challenging or indeed impossible to read and digest. They would normally be listened to via websites, apps, company intranet, or wherever is most convenient.

The company I mentioned earlier, where this all started, are lucky enough to use an app which all staff access to set shift availability, message others, check work patterns, etc.  A built in facility of this is that they can upload audio files as well as documents, making the audio chapters really easy to access.

Who wants to listen through all the boring stuff just to get to the section on holiday entitlement?!
